Completely indipendent, “Il Granaio” is a lovely converted barn next door to the owners' house with its own small garden areas on different levels.
The location is very pretty and there are panoramic views across the valley to the surrounding Tuscan hills. Castelfiorentino is your nearest town.
This is an ideal base for those who wish to tour and visit all the main sights of Tuscany. Florence is easy to reach by either car or train as is Siena, whilst closer to hand you have San Gimignano and Volterra.
Outside: Garden table and chairs for eating out of doors whilst you enjoy the lovely views across the Tuscan countryside.
The property has a light and airy feel with three entrances on the ground floor, one of which leads into the sitting/dining room with Tuscan fireplace (TV). An archway from the sitting room leads to the open plan breakfast kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, a little electic oven and washing machine. Two doors lead to the garden.
Stairs to the first floor where there is an open sleeping area with twin beds. This room is sectioned off by a large book case and a curtain to create a degree of privacy. Double bedded room. Good bathroom with bath, basin and wc. The property has central heating. -90 m2
