There you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset in front of the outside fireplace and where you also can cook your dinner.
The outside swimmingpool is 11 x 4,5 m and includes a 150 m2 sun terrace as part of a large garden area.
The house is furnished in a modern and delicate style using high quality materials, with beautiful bathrooms, and a large well equipped kitchen with a nice fireplace.
There are 4 double bedrooms in the house and 2 bathrooms with shower, tub and laundry.
It is also possible to put extra beds for children in two of the bedrooms. It could also be possible to sleep outside on the terrace in the summertime.

The villa is a perfect place for the summer holiday, not far from the beach (appx. 6 km.), and with lot of interesting history, culture, nice food and wine.
The villa is also a perfect place to stay for a weekend or for a longer stay in the winter time. The climate during the winter is very nice and much warmer than in Tuscany
